ELBOW PADS:
 
The right size elbow pads can be found by taking two measurements:
 
Measurement A - measure the circumference 10cm above the elbow.
Measurement B - measure the circumference 10cm below the elbow.
 
SMALL PADS:
A: 24 - 28cm
B: 22 - 25cm
 
MEDIUM PADS:
A: 27 - 31cm
B: 24 - 28cm
 
KNEE PADS:
 
The right size knee pads can be found by taking two measurements:
 
Measurement A - Measure the circumference 15cm above the knee.
Measurement B - Measure the circumference 15cm below the knee.
 
SMALL PADS:
A: 30 - 36cm
B: 23 - 28cm
 
MEDIUM PADS:
A: 38 - 41cm
B: 28 - 33cm
 
WRIST GUARDS:
 
The right size wristguards can be found by measuring 7.5cm above the wrist.
 
SMALL WRIST GUARDS: 16.5 - 17.8cm
 
MEDIUM WRIST GUARDS: 19.1 - 20.3cm
